Job Summary
The Four Seasons resort is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary team. As an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising chefs de partie and managing inventory. You must possess previous experience in culinary leadership positions and fluency in French and English.Responsibilities
- Supervise Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis and Interns.
- Manage inventory and supervise production at various workstations.
