Job Summary

The Four Seasons resort is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary team. As an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising chefs de partie and managing inventory. You must possess previous experience in culinary leadership positions and fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis and Interns.
  • Manage inventory and supervise production at various workstations.
