- Sufficient previous clinical experience in area of specialty with proven managerial skills. Strong clinical background. Management experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrates knowledge of current policies and procedures of standard patient care.
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa and complies with all guidelines within the scope of a RN.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
- NRP, TNCC and CPI preferred.
