Job Overview:


Mola is a start-up restaurant in Adams Morgan inspired by the Panamanian-Caribbean home kitchens, serving food & cocktails made from scratch, freshly pressed juices, and our own line of Panamanian coffee.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and proposals based on client preferences and event requirements
  • Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
  • Coordinate event logistics and communicate client needs to internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in catering sales or related industry, with a minimum of 23 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the catering and events industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

  • Uncapped commission

Pay:
$50, $150,000.00 per year
