- Maintain and organize client information, spearhead KYC process, and oversee scheduling of quarterly meetings with clients
- Prepare quarterly performance reports and portfolio insights for client meetings via Addepar
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of alternative investment paperwork (i.e. subscription agreements, redemption forms, capital call funding, transfer agreements, etc.)
- Assemble informative briefings for meetings, and ensure follow through with post-mortem notes and action items
- Assist in the creation of client/prospect presentations (i.e. asset allocation recommendations, introduction of new strategies, portfolio review, etc.)
- Manage demand lists for investment opportunities
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Provenio team and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the workflow process
- Gain understanding of the alternative investment space by attending manager meetings and keeping up with the market environment
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned, including cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration, finance, or related field
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience; preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), investment management firm or broker/dealer
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PPT)
- Professional and able to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills
- A self-starter who is independent, hardworking and results oriented

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Investment Operations
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, in-office position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 + benefit package + performance-related bonus
