Carlsbad, CA 92009


Pay:
$17 per hour (untaxed), equivalent to approximately $22 per hour


Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm


Additional Opportunity:
Ability to board dogs in your own home at $50/night


Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday operations of the doggie daycare facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all furry guests.
• Supervise staff members and coordinate their tasks effectively.
• Interact with clients and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
• Monitor and assess dog behavior, intervening as necessary to prevent conflicts or ensure the wellbeing of all animals.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing people and multiple dogs in a daycare or similar setting.
• Detailoriented with the ability to follow and give direction effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with both colleagues and clients.
• Background in understanding and managing dog behaviors.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
• Ability to board dogs in your own home when opportunities arise.
