We are looking for a customer-focused Personal Banker to join our family-owned community bank.

As a Personal Banker, you will have a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and customized financial solutions to our clients.

This opportunity is great for individuals who love finance, sales, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of financial transactions accurately.
Address the daily needs of our clients through interactions.
Establish and manage both business and personal accounts.
Recommend additional products & services based on clients' needs.
Work with internal teams to refer business within all FIBT departments.

Qualifications:

Preferably possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented setting is a plus.
Familiarity with financial transactions is desirable.
Experience in opening new accounts is advantageous.
