    Our Preschool Center in Plano, TX, is dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. We pride ourselves on fostering growth, creativity, and a love for learning in a safe, warm, and inclusive setting. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of the children we serve.

    Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
    • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
    • Monitor and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
    • Observe and assess each child's development and provide regular feedback to parents.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.
    • Adhere to all state and local regulations and center policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting.
    • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take initiative.
    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Ability to pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
