Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.


Duties:


  • Provide information about products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promotions

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong sales and upselling abilities
  • Proficient in data entry for order processing and customer information management
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
