Conducting and processing SP price calculations and SP price complaints, with a focus on high customer satisfaction
Monitoring and analyzing market prices compared to equipment competitors, OE suppliers, and other SP providers
Performing evaluations and analyses in the area of spare parts management and maintaining various statistics
Actively participating in the creation and maintenance of SP price lists and mid-year price adjustments
Continuously developing our calculation logic and pricing system
Your profile. What you bring
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Previous experience in SP pricing or SP calculation is an advantage
Good understanding, analytical thinking skills, and a strong grasp of numbers and processes
Proficiency in common MS Office applications, preferably Microsoft Access
Basic technical knowledge in the field of construction or agricultural machinery is an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable work style
Enjoyment of working in a team and good communication skills
Good written and spoken English skills are desirable
