At our senior living and nursing home Weiherwies, we offer 31 residents a home in a familiar atmosphere and rural environment. Their well-being is at the center of all activities and services.

To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a

Nursing professional FaGe, DN I / II, HF or AKP

Your tasks include:

  • Planning and implementation of nursing care
  • Assuming shift responsibility
  • Planning and conducting doctor visits
  • Co-responsible for the implementation of the medication concept
  • Planning and evaluation of measures
  • You are the contact and information person for residents and relatives in emergency situations
  • You are the contact person for doctors in emergency situations
  • Documentation of nursing services in BESAdoK
  • You are co-responsible for the implementation of internal guidelines
  • You are also willing to take on additional tasks
