    Description

    Join our team at VENTEON! We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to provide exceptional support to a client in Spartanburg, SC.


    Position Type: Full Time, Direct Hire. You will work Monday to Friday with onsite duties and occasional travel to Austria for training - make sure you have a valid passport. Rotating shifts throughout the week.


    Compensation: Salary ranges from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually. This role is exempt from paid overtime. While traveling, you will receive $55.00 daily for food and other expenses. In case of driving, mileage will be compensated. All airfare and accommodation costs will be covered by the employer.


    Requirements for the Field Service Technician:

    • Travel to customer sites for immediate issue resolution.
    • Conduct onsite research and equipment inspections.
    • Manage field activities and implement engineering designs.
    • Installation of new systems and technologies.
    • Provide emergency services and adhere to safety protocols.
    • Maintain parts and tools inventory.
    • Collaborate with engineers and team members on installations.
    • Prepare and submit technical reports.
    • Offer remote assistance to customers using smart technology.
