    Description

    We provide dynamic opportunities by utilizing our diverse expertise in government strategic and tactical missions. C.O.M.B.O Solutions has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst. We are seeking a self-starter that is independently motivated to join our team that supports your drive and ambition.

    In this role, the Senior Program Analyst will prepare and present agency program decision briefings for overarching integrated product teams, acquisition review boards, and quarterly program reviews.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with developing program plans and documentation, generating program budgets, creating and maintaining program schedules, tracking program status, planning, and managing procurement and contract activities, managing and analyzing program risk, and supporting program acquisition activities.
    • Conduct Gap Analysis and requirements assistance to Directorates in support of program and project management efforts which include conducting risk management and program/project analysis for system engineering projects to assist with the integration and management of offensive cyberspace operation and defense cyberspace operation capabilities and resources.
    • Provide econometrics and valuation determinations of planned and programmed resources and provide white papers describing the input, findings, analysis, and recommendations.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders and develop cost estimates, assumptions, models, and conduct cost analysis to assist in the formulation of the POM (or comparable documents) aligned with service program guidance, defense planning guidance, clients Chief Information Office capability planning guidance, or other similar guidance materials

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Top-Secret (TS)/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with CI Poly required.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Ten years of experience in program/project management.
    • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the PPBE process.
    • COCOM budget office support experience

    Desired Requirements:

    • Previous experience with USCYBERCOM preferred.
