    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position at Eagle-I Healthcare Staffing

    Eagle-I is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their expanding team. This is an opportunity to work either full or part-time, granting you the flexibility to choose your preferred work schedule.

    We are currently seeking to fill the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) role with immediate availability.

    Key Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) include, but are not limited to:
    • Assisting CNAs with ADL and routine care tasks
    • Carrying out resident/patient treatments
    • Administering medication following physician orders and Care Plans
    • Placing pharmacy orders
    • Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
    • Administering prescribed injections
    • Monitoring resident health and communicating any changes to relevant personnel
    • Recording vital signs and other health indicators
    • Providing basic care such as wound care and bandaging
    • Supervising IVs and initiating IV drips
    • Monitoring fluid and food intake as well as excretion
    • Reporting incidents, accidents, and skin issues
    • Participating in the admission process as required
    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem, Temporary

    Compensation:
    Starting from $38.00 per hour

    Work Environment:
    • Specializing in Nursing home care
    Shift Options:
    • Day shifts
    • Evening shifts
    • Night shifts
    • Overnight shifts
    Weekly Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
    Required Licenses/Certifications:
    • LVN (Required)
    • BLS Certification (Required)
    • LPN (Required)
    Location Requirement:
    • Portage, PA (Required)
    Relocation:
    • Must relocate to Portage, PA before commencing employment (Required)
