Responsibilities
- Assist team members with technology related issues, needs, and requests
- Partner with the Strategic Development Manager on various projects and implementations
- Champion the use and function of the meeting room technology
- Pull and deliver reports from Essex Financials' systems.
- Data entry in various systems
- Coordinate meetings and appointments as necessary
- Able to handle confidential information with high sensitivity and discretion
Qualifications
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Experience in clientfacing and/or support roles
- Experience with implementation and or/training
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM systems on the Microsoft dynamics platform would be preferred
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, telecommunication administration, and video conferencing preferred
