    Maintenance Tech I

    Perform property and equipment maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other activities required to effectively maintain properties.

    Company Profile

    To provide decent, safe and sanitary housing to elderly, disabled, and economically disadvantaged families unable to obtain housing through conventional means.

    Maintenance Tech I Details:

    • Direct Hire position
    • $18.00 /annually
    • Full Time work available
    • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Electrical
    • Heating
    • Landscaping
    • General Preparation of Vacant Units
    • General Equipment Repair

    Maintenance Tech I Qualifications:

    • Hold a current Class C Wyoming Driver's License
    • Maintain a good driving record to remain insurable
    • Applicant may be subject to a background check
    • Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
    • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
