To further strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) in the field of telecommunications for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH


Your tasks:

  • You carry out professional repair and installation work on telecommunications systems for Deutsche Bahn, for example in the areas of copper and fiber optic cables, wired or wireless telecommunication systems, infrastructure, and station technology
  • Measuring and troubleshooting cable faults is also part of your responsibilities
  • You act as a contact person for our customers and external service providers at the site, record customer reports and needs, and promptly forward them to the reporting office
  • You are able to read construction and circuit diagrams or are willing to familiarize yourself with this area
  • Finally, you document the services provided to ensure proper handling and evaluation of defects

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship, for example as an electrician for energy and building technology, mechatronics technician, energy systems electronics technician, communication electronics technician, IT system electronics technician, service technician, or a comparable qualification
  • You have demonstrated your manual skills
  • You enjoy working in a team and act responsibly and reliably
  • You are willing to participate in further training and are open to shift and installation work
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B).
