    Role Summary:

    As a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in engaging with our clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives. You will leverage our market-leading mortgage SaaS solution to craft and implement customized configurations that meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, customer-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry to effectively advocate for our product and drive adoption.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.
    • Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our software to a diverse audience, including consumers, brokers, and lenders.
    • Solution Implementation: Customize and configure our software to fit the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring a seamless integration into their existing processes.
    • Feedback Loop: Act as the liaison between clients and our product development team, providing insightful feedback to guide future product enhancements and innovations.
    • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value from our product.
    • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and materials based on market feedback and product capabilities.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical consultant role, ideally within the SaaS or mortgage industry.
    • Profound understanding of IT and AI technologies.
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and master new software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a variety of audiences.
    • Deep understanding of the mortgage process, with a keen insight into the challenges and opportunities for innovation.
    • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
