    Description

    _URGENTLY HIRING 1ST SHIFT MAINTENACE SUPERVISOR IN COLDWATER OHIO_*Description:**• Supervisor will be responsible for the entire maintenance team, scheduling techs, ordering/purchasing parts, setting work hours, discipline, etc.

    • They will also be doing hands on maintenance and repairs
    • Scheduling PM's / managing PM schedule
    • Organize and maintain parts room
    • Add signage and safety measures to the equipment and facility
    • Work with other departments (mostly Engineering) on projects, especially the move
    • Help with moving equipment into the new facility (they are moving just a door away on the same property)
      Shift:1st shift – 7AM-3PMOvertime – there will be some overtime in this role as they move the facility to a larger building
      Pay:$70-90K ($33-43 an hour)
      Equipment:
    • Blown film machines
    • Manual conveyors
    • Old technology on the machinery (they are in the process of upgrading to PLCs and robotics)
    • Bagging and wrapping machines
    • Everything is ran off 480V
      Skills:+ Electrical Troubleshooting+ Hydraulics+ Pneumatics+ Mechanical Repair+ Mechanical Troubleshooting+ Supervision+ 480V+ PLC (Allen Bradley)
