• Create a web application to display an employee's total compensation by Year and Institution.
• Must be able to create PL SQL packages, procedures, functions, views, and tables in an Oracle database environment 19c or greater.
• Must have 5 to 7 years of programming experience associated with Banner HR/PAYROLL/FINANCE modules of Ellucian Banner.
• Bash Scripting
• 3 - 5 years' experience in web application development using PHP.
• MVC architecture
• Experience in creating mock-ups.
• Coding for ADA accessibility standards (WICA II, or Section 508).
• Analysis and Design (creation of flowchart, process documentation and UI/UX Mockup)
• GIT
• Coding
• Testing and Implementation
• Documentation (user and technical - templates will be provided)
o Must be able to read/write project/technical requirements.
o Must be able to create process flowcharts.
o Must be able to create design diagrams.
o Must have a database development IDE capable of working with Oracle version 19c or greater
Our Client is seeking a PHP Developer.
i. Must have understanding of how EPAF's in the Banner HR Self Service environment work, the table structure underneath the module, and administrative forms associated with approvals.
ii. Must have a good understanding of the Banner Time Entry and Leave Report modules, the table structure underneath them, and how the approval process works with those modules.
iii. Must understand and have experience in how Banner HR data interfaces to Finance.
iv. Must understand and have experience in how the PAYROLL and POSNCTL schemas interact with each other.
v. Must understand tables and processes associated with Employment, Benefits, Deductions and Payroll processing.
vi. Must have a good understanding of the flow of the Finance Claims and Check processes.
Must understand how to find and utilize Banner delivered API's that interact with the back-end tables.
Web pages will be developed in our local PHP development environment using Mojavi as our framework.
The database will be Oracle.
There will be a development, staging, and production environment and user approval will be required before promoting the web application to staging and production.

a. Data Flow Diagram and process description and Mockup of application.
b. Coding of Process
c. Testing Plan
d. Testing Results
e. Implementation Plan
f. Process or Application Documentation
g. Daily Status Report
Security Requirements
A. Access to the web application is controlled with SSO Authentication with MFA.
B. Administrator functionality is controlled by an Active Directory global groups that IT Application Development owns.
C. Only those authorized for a page should be able to access the page.
D. Application will not have direct access to tables.
