- Responsible for administrative and clinical leadership in the designated region of primary care clinics within CMG
- Key partner with directors and managers to achieve operational goals
- Reports directly to the President of CMG and collaborates with Vice President of Primary Care
- Joint responsibility to support outcome results in engagement, patient experience, and financial targets
- Ensures quality care standards and supports providers within the region
- Must be enthusiastic, demonstrate prioritization skills, and possess high emotional intelligence
- Collaborates with operational directors and CMG leaders
- Accountable for practice performance measures and improvement opportunities
- Regular meetings with clinic and provider teams for communication and feedback
- Facilitates practice improvements and addresses concerns
- Supervises, mentors, and fosters collaboration within the team
- Develops clinical leaders and supports staff professional development
- Rounds in clinical sites weekly with the goal of visiting each site biannually
- Commits to Children's Wisconsin mission and vision
- Good standing with Childrens Wisconsin Medical Staff
- Specialty certification and current medical licensure in Wisconsin
- Professional competence, dependability, and ethical conduct
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
