Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of development, production, or process projects
  • Project planning, controlling, and reporting
  • Preparation and presentation of project results
  • Collaboration and coordination with clients, suppliers, and development partners on a national and international level
  • Planning and conducting workshops and project meetings, both with clients and internally
  • Participation in the further development of pmX
  • Leading and participating in internal projects

Your Profile

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of professional experience
  • Work experience in project, process, and/or quality management
  • Knowledge of project management methods
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Reliable and structured work style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a wide range of tasks
  • Openness to new ideas
