Full-time Onsite with Paid Relocation
Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized organization, is seeking a Senior Provider Contract Compensation Analyst to join their team.
This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to contractual provisions governing payments to employed and independent providers, including Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement standardized policies and procedures to support compensation programs for both employed and independent providers.
- Identify and promptly report irregularities in payment processes to the SVP of Operations, SCPA.
- Maintain and assist in the implementation of compensation programs, including incentives, supplemental compensation, educational loan payments, and other miscellaneous payments.
- Process all supplemental compensation payments, ensuring proper documentation supports each payment.
- Perform significant analytical work related to the organization's compensation systems.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ to 5 years of relevant experience.
