Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse development team in Springville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and reviewing current tools and processes, and will be able to propose integrated and database-based solutions for efficient, dynamic, and ideally automated monthly reporting, forecasting, and planning. They will also be responsible for implementing these solutions from an IT perspective, providing necessary documentation, and training key finance personnel. Additionally, the Project Manager will support the adaptation of processes and facilitate the implementation of these solutions.

Daily Responsibilities:

Critically review current reporting processes and tools, with a focus on the technical side, taking into consideration potential changes in the accounting system (currently under analysis).

Develop proposals for integrated and database-based solutions to enable efficient, dynamic, and ideally automated monthly reporting, forecasting, and planning for a 3-year view and budget, as well as related activities such as P&L by product, domain, type of demand, and projects/business cases.

Implement the most optimal technical solution from an IT perspective, including necessary interfaces with different systems such as accounting, procurement, and other external systems. Provide required documentation and train key finance personnel (both local and global roles) as main users. (Note: Currently, we are using Power BI based on Excel databases for reporting purposes.)
