Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (20 hours/week):


Your future tasks:


  • Accounts payable accounting including payment transactions and dunning
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable and clarification of discrepancies
  • Preparation of documents for the tax office for payroll accounting
  • Cooperation with the tax office
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • General office tasks
