Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Experience in an academic setting is a plus.
  • Process order entries and maintain records accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors.

  • Proven experience in project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective office management.
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Calendar management skills for scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Previous experience in an academic or research environment is advantageous.
