The Anderson Company, LLC, a site development company for over 27 years is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Loader Operator. _We operate in the DC metro area._


Essential functions:

• Safety and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as a loaders and rollers.
• Must be able to load trucks, lay stone, move construction material around jobsite.
• Must follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment as required.
• Must follow direction from supervisor or superintendent.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screening.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the crew team and supervisors.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the jobsite.
• At least 12 years of experience running a loader in a construction site.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
