- Responsible for national and regional marketing efforts via commercial accounts prospecting, negotiating and closing agreements/contracts, program implementation, reporting and strategic account management to grow the business
- This role will work with commercial prospects and clients to build, grow and maintain long-term, profitable relationships within the key commercial account vertical markets
- Target account execution using business development process
- Work with all contract and bulletin clients for national or regional contacts assigned from SERVPRO corporate
- Define and execute a written action plan (Regional Quarterly Plan) including target accounts, client recall, new program implementation, and franchise communication tactics
- Follow objective-to-objective selling process
- Contact Record Management (CRM) data and contact entries
- Execute MSA agreements

- Bachelor's degree
- Established client base in verticals; Multifamily, Commercial Real Estate, Student Housing, Sr. Living Facilities and Hospitality groups
- 5-10 years minimum sales and account management experience
- Proven corporate account experience with the development of new and existing client base
- Up to 50% of the job involves on-site meetings with Clients. Up to 50% of time spent on paperwork, reports, etc.
- Must be able to stand all day, walk stairs and other physical related tasks and demands.
- Routine vehicle travel within the local geographic service area.

Position Summary: SERVPRO Team Shaw is actively looking for a Director of National Accounts. This person will be responsible for providing support to our outside sales team, strategic account managers, commercial account managers and clients directly. The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated attitude while looking to grow a career with a privately held company. This position will determine decision making structure and grow relevant relationships within our contract space for the sole purpose driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships within the verticals of Multifamily, Commercial Real Estate, Student Housing, Hospitality and Sr. Living Facilities.
