Description
We are seeking a Director of Crisis Services to join a highly reputablebehavioral health organization in Maricopa County, AZ. This is a compassionate and patient-driven inpatient facility providing integrative care using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.Must be Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW).
Responsibilities:
The Director of Crisis Services - Maricopa County oversees the day to day operations of assigned facility based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. The Director of Crisis Services - Maricopa manages and mentors the Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes.
Shift: Typically, Mon – Fri, 9 – 5, some on call required (about 1 week/month) – this is a crisis location so some flexibility may be required even when not on call. This can include nights and weekends.
Pay: $120k/year with flexibility based on experience.
