Director of Outpatient Services Opportunity:

This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) that offers 40 hours per week, full benefits.


This position also qualifies for our $7,500 Sign-On Bonus


For nearly 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide.

Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery.

Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region.

Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.


Summary of Duties:

The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the oversight for all outpatient therapy services.

The Director manages all day-to-day activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program.

The Director monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement.

The goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts, and develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business developmental systems.

Qualifications:

Director of Outpatient Services Requirements:


  • Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling.
  • Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
  • Completion of in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid, within 30 days of employment.
  • Completion of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Training, within 30 days of employment
  • Minimum 5 years post licensure experience working with psychiatric population.
  • At least 3 years inpatient experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
