Your tasks

  • Together with the customer, you create a requirements overview
  • You develop solutions as a team and implement HR modules on site
  • You carefully document the project in a project documentation
  • You take on change requests and coordinate them with project management
  • You accompany and support the customer in daily operations, for example through trainings

Your profile

  • Completed studies in business, engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience in HR in implementation projects or restructuring
  • Knowledge in the implementation of payroll, time tracking and personnel management
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel (to the customer)
