We are currently seeking an
Export Clerk (m/f/d) for our International Sales department.

(Part-time, 30 hours/week)

Location:

Ostfildern (Stuttgart)

Starting date:

Immediately

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of orders via phone and email
  • Processing and management of orders
  • Preparation of export documents
  • Monitoring of deliveries
  • Invoicing
  • Debt collection
  • Active support of smaller clients
  • Monitoring of inventory levels
  • Monthly billing of consignment warehouses abroad

Your profile

  • You have basic commercial knowledge through completed vocational training
  • Experience in export processing
  • Knowledge of customs formalities, export certificates, etc.
  • Good English skills, ideally supplemented by another foreign language
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
