- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years' experience in general municipal engineering and infrastructure improvement projects
- P.E. required.
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Skilled in oral and written communications, organization, and interpersonal relations
- Ability to work under the supervision of others, or independently.
- Able to perform thorough, neat, and accurate basic engineering computations.
- Ambitious nature with desire to learn, adapt and grow.
- Committed to working efficiently.

- Strong research and analytical skills
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
