Your responsibilities:
Managing a team of three to six technicians, both in terms of technical and disciplinary aspects
Conducting regular employee development discussions and planning training and further education measures
Participating in daily operations (up to 70%) to support the business
Building and configuring IT infrastructures, servers, routers, switches, etc., including cabling
Ensuring the smooth operation of customer systems
Supporting, handing over, and instructing customers on IT systems
Handling escalations


Your profile:
Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent
Expertise in system engineering and good knowledge of networks
Previous experience in managing small teams is an advantage

Basic knowledge of labor law and occupational safety
Teamwork skills and a friendly demeanor towards the team and customers
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
