We are growing and looking for reinforcements for our team at our location in Uslar. We are currently seeking a contract processing specialist in customer service.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Processing digitally submitted applications for contract termination, reversals, and thefts
  • Handling early loan repayments with the bank
  • Conducting contract and plausibility checks on applications
  • Corresponding with lawyers, insurance providers, customers, and business partners in a friendly and respectful manner

Required qualifications:

  • Completed training in a relevant field such as banking, legal assistance, insurance, or a relevant commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications
  • Ability to handle tasks discreetly and in an organized manner
  • Teamoriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business setting
