Role Overview:


The IT Support Specialist Tier II-III will operate under limited supervision, bringing an advanced technical acumen to install, maintain, test, and repair systems and networks.

Your role is crucial in planning and leading the execution of technical solutions, offering both leadership and advanced problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.

You'll serve as a bridge between technology and our teams, ensuring smooth operations and empowering our staff with the tools they need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct detailed training sessions for staff on emerging technologies, enhancing organizational tech literacy.
  • Maintain and audit IT records, manage project documentation, and ensure the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining knowledge of current tech trends, laws, and regulations relevant to our IT ecosystem.
  • Play a pivotal role in technology procurement decisions and the strategic planning of network enhancements or updates.
  • Spearhead technology projects, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes align with organizational objectives.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
