- Searches blue bins for high-quality merchandise; helps rotate bins on sales floor as needed.
- Sets up glass case displays or arranges merchandise in glass case to promote sales.
- Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise for glass case.
- Process items selected out of bins for e-commerce.
- Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
- Record all items selected for glass case and e-commerce on inventory control log.
- Accepts donations in absence of donation attendant.
- Maintains clean and orderly work area; cleans the area, restrooms and sale floor, including mopping, as needed.
- Clean shelves, counters, or tables.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage Key to enter and exit Shopgoodwill Cage
- High school diploma or GED
- Military experience highly preferred
- Minimum 6 months of retail sales
- Knowledge of antique and designer products and pricing
- Internet navigation proficiency
