    About The JobThe Business Sales Manager will ensure the assigned sales team delivers a first-class customer experience. This BSM will develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and grow the existing Breezeline customer base.

    As the BSM, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding any sales objectives as well as maintaining a profitable team of account executives.

    This remote position is open to any candidate within the Breezeline footprint and will be working out of our local system office when required.


    Responsibilities:


    Actively get into the trenches with the sales team by prospecting side by side and taking feedback from our peers and leadershipPrioritize plans and actions to increase market share in the assigned region.

    Establish and build new customer relationships while maintaining excellence in customer retention and customer service.

    Recruit, Train, Develop, Lead and Mentor AE teams to achieve revenue and professional development goalsDevelop accurate forecasts and prepare and adhere to operational and revenue budgets and initiativesBe accountable for achieving all sales revenue and corporate goalsAggressively prospect, identify and close new business opportunitiesDrive new revenues from marketing campaigns, initiatives, and outside eventsManage and follow programs and policies for business sales teams.

    Responsible for accurately preparing and delivering reports to include commission, funnel, forecast, and operational statusWork with internal teams to understand who we are, what we do and the impact we want our brand to make.

    Foster an inclusive, exciting and challenging environment for the sales team.


    Requirements:
    Strong interpersonal skillsProven B2B, SMB, and Enterprise Sales successProven sales team management experience. 5+ years in leadership/sales position. We are looking for a seasoned sales managerProven sales mentor and coach with a strong motivation to develop the next successful sales representativesEntrepreneurial drive and track record of personal initiative and professional growthExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsExcellence in analyzing business data and developing strategyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience in selling telecommunications industry is a plusAbility to work with a corporate recruiter to attract the right sales talentBachelors' degree preferred or commiserate sales management experience
