    • ASSESSMENTS:Completes ongoing assessments.
    • Recognizessignificant changes in patient condition and respondsappropriately.
    • PLANNING: Develops measurablegoals for identified problems.
    • Updates goalsfor identified problems.
    • Involves thepatient/family (or designee) in developing a plan of careindividualized to patient cultural, religious and educationalneeds.
    • Coordinates the interdisciplinary planof care.

    Education:

    • Graduatefrom an accredited school of nursing. BSNpreferred.

    Certifications:

    • Currentlylicensed as a registered nurse in the State ofOhio.
    • BLSrequired

    Complexity ofWork:

    • Maintains competenciesspecific to patient populationserved.


    WorkExperience:

    PhysicalRequirements:

    • Requires fullrange of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manualand finger dexterity, and eye-handcoordination.
    • Requires standing and walking forextended periods of time.
    • Requires correctedvision and hearing to normal range.
    • Requiresworking under stressful conditions and irregularhours.
    • Exposure to communicable diseases and/orbody fluids.
    • Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of forceconstantly to move objects.
    • Physical Demandrequirements are in excess of those for LightWork.
