    Job Description

    Trusted is looking for an experienced nurse to join an exciting travel nursing assignment. Trusted simplifies the travel nursing process by allowing nurses to apply directly to jobs, removing the need for recruiters.     Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

    Experience:


    - 16 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience required.


    - 6 months of Epic experience required.

    Requirements:


    - Candidates must possess an Ohio license or compact license during application.


    - Ability to float to different units and locations.


    - Must reside at least 80 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler for this role.

    Pre-employment modules may be necessary. Please upload relevant certifications and health documents to expedite the onboarding process.

    Additional Details:

    RTO to be discussed during interview and must be confirmed at the time of submission.

    Recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is a must.

    Prior PERM experience in the applicable specialty is required before travel assignments.

    Availability to work at least every other holiday.

    PBDS Assessment will be waived.

    ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be part of the orientation, with a passing grade necessary for both assessments.

    Qualivis – Lotus system will be utilized for submitting worked hours.

    *TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the relevant specialty are MANDATORY for submission. Non-supervisory references will not be considered.

    RTO details will be discussed during the interview and should be provided at the time of submission.

    Facility enforces a strict DO NOT call policy.

    Facility reviews any BG hits but will not accept any traveler with an open case.

    Cleveland Clinic only considers locals at the same BR.

    Facility does not tolerate any license hits.

    - AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Request an interview for one match at a time from this facility. If offered a position, you will not interview with the hiring manager. All time off requests must be submitted during the application. Scheduling requests should be coordinated directly with the manager upon starting the assignment. Offers require a prompt response within 24hrs.

    Two references from the last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type).

    Proof of identification is mandatory.
