    Description

    Recruitment:
    Posting job, assisting hotels with sifting through applicants, ensuring postings are up to date

    • Annual and 90 Day review reminders (weekly review and send out)
    • Employee Intranet Updates: Birthdays and anniversaries, monthly newsletters
    • Document pulling for legal
    • DMV pull notice audit
    • Benefits open enrollment communication and follow up (this will be for the month of September)
    • File Management: ensuring documentation on correctives are stored and knowing when to question management approach (will be trained on this)
    Desired Skills and Experience - Recruitment:
