Responsibilities:
You will support the sales team in national and international distribution, as well as in purchasing, in our back office


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recording and managing purchasing transactions and sales orders
  • Recording incoming inquiries and tenders
  • Creating offers and product specifications
  • Assisting with general office correspondence, administrative tasks, and creating mailing campaigns
  • Document processing for imported goods, including relevant customs tasks
  • Storage in the merchandise management system
  • Internal communication with administration and warehouse/logistics
  • Expanding quality assurance

Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated, positive, and reliable team member with an eye for detail, who possesses the following skills:

  • Completed training as a commercial clerk (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade clerk) with initial experience in sales or back office
