    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe HR Business Partner (HRBP), Direct Sales, is responsible for aligning business objectives - with an emphasis on recruiting, growth, expansion, and internal customer service - with employees and management for the field-based U.S.

    Direct Sales team.

    This role formulates partnerships across the human resources (HR) function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that facilitates growth, problem-solving, and compliance that reflects the business objectives and core values of Kerecis.

    The HRBP is based in the Arlington, Virginia, Kerecis office and reports to the Director, Global Human Resources & Recruiting.

    This is a full-time role.
    Essential FunctionsFunction as the HR point of contact for all U.S.

    Direct Sales team membersSupport, monitor and enforce annual compliance trainings for all Sales employees Ensure that onboarding for all U.S.

    Sales team members is completed according to schedulePartner with Medical Affairs to ensure that U.S.

    Sales team members have completed required training, including retrainingServe as the local representative of Global HR & RecruitingProvide daily HR support to the U.S.

    Direct Sales teamProvide performance management guidance to regional and senior U.S. Sales management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

    Utilize knowledge of various HR functions to provide tactical support to regional and senior U.S.

    Direct Sales managersManage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations Act as liaison with other HR functionsProvide change management support as neededSecondary FunctionsProvide HR policy guidance to all U.S.

    Direct Sales team membersWork closely with management and employees to promote Kerecis core values, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionMeet weekly with relevant managers, providing HR guidance when appropriateAnalyze business unit trends and metrics to help develop solutions, programs and policiesMaintain knowledge of legal requirements, including local state laws, related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with the legal department as needed / requiredIdentify training needs and facilitate training solutions for U.S.

    Sales team and any individual executive coaching needsParticipate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; follow up to ensure training objectives are metOther responsibilities and tasks, including ad hoc administrative support, as assigned RequirementsRequirementsCompetencies Exceptional internal customer service skills with a busy and demanding workforceExperience supporting a remote workforce with multiple time zonesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesAbility to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factorsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareFlexible schedule to support multiple time zonesGrowth mindset, team approach Education & Experience Bachelor's degree strongly preferredMinimum three to five years of HR experienceExperience with direct sales teams a plusWorking knowledge of HR disciplinesSHRM or HRCI credential preferredAnticipated Travel: 10%This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
