- Collaborate with the Dealer Sales team in designated region to drive strategic initiatives.
- Provide service, technical support and product training to our dealers (before and after sale).
- Primary point of contact for escalated order concerns/trouble shooting and site visits across the designated region.
- Must be able to lead and assist in measures and installations.
- Subject matter expert; provide high-level of technical support to dealers throughout the region.
- Provide troubleshooting and creative solutions when required for complex jobs/job sites.
- Build value-add relationships with dealers; ensure best practices and maximize success with our product portfolio.
- Provide reporting to Regional Sales Manager detailing issue resolution and educational investments.
- Be a resource for our quality team, providing feedback from the field.
- 2- year or 4-year College preferred. High School Diploma required.
- 7+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Initiative and drive to succeed in the window fashion industry.
- Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Ability to travel throughout the designated region as needed (up to 50%).
- Must have good driving record, as company vehicle will be provided.

Dealer Sales Team
The dealer sales team is a dynamic team of sales professionals with a history of growing sales profitably and building meaningful long-term customer relationships. The Regional Product Specialist will provide technical support and expertise to independent dealers across a region, taking over as the main point of contact after orders are entered and fulfilled. Supported by a dedicated team of territory sales managers as well as the industry's best customer service, this position represents an exciting opportunity to connect and support our customers as well as take this business to the next level.
Mission
This role will be primarily responsible for supporting customers after an order is placed, however, it also includes assisting dealers in pre-planning for an order. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and potential site visits (potentially before or after the sale). The ideal candidate will have a sales mindset, be collaborative in nature, have strong communication and follow up skills, have a very high level of product expertise across the Graber product portfolio, in addition to developing close relationships with our customers.
Objectives
The annual base for this position is reasonably expected to be between $75,000 and $90,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 25% of eligible wages in accordance with the terms of the company's incentive compensation program associated with this role.
Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match of eligible contributions, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid sick time at an amount that meets or exceeds all local requirements, twelve days (pro-rated for 2024 based on start date) paid vacation time, eleven paid holidays per year, and one paid volunteer day off per year.
