- Ability to climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
- Assist project Supervisor with site planning, daily activities and closeout documentation.
- Understand construction drawings, RF plumbing diagram and project documents.
- Ability to identify the tools and materials to properly perform the scope of work within spec.
- Knowledge of the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials and working near energized lines and equipment.
- Maintain 100% Tie-Off for all crewmembers.
- Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
- Maintain professional attitude when working with Supervisor, CMs, and PMs.
- Overnight Travel as needed.
- Must have 3+ Years of experience climbing and working on Towers.
- Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, RF Awareness, and Climb/Rescue certified.
- Capable of Line Sweep, PIM, and Fiber testing - certs a plus.
- Able to climb towers, squat, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
- Current valid Driver's License Mandatory - CDL is a Plus.
- Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance.
- Knowledge of carrier technologies.
- Must be minimum 21 years of age.
- Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen.
- Local to market or willing to relocate.
