Playfly Sports is looking for a Revenue Generation Associate to join our team at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN


The associate should be passionate about and committed to preserving a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees.

Revenue will be generated primarily from outbound phone calls, venue tours, and face-to-face appointments/presentations. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of this position will be provided by the Manager, Sales and Development. Revenue Generation Associates will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to "BE GREAT."


WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Perform outbound calls and service inbound calls for the for all ticketed sports. Inventory available for sale across at this location include, but is not limited to season tickets, renewals, upgrades and addons, group tickets, partial/miniplan ticket packages, singlegame tickets, and John Purdue Club Memberships.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/CRM database.
  • Build and manage portfolio of advancement prospects, meeting annual goals set each year.
  • Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with leadership.
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, inperson appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans
  • Execute outbound calls and facetofact appointments daily.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership Team
  • Other jobrelated duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Experience in ticket sales is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
  • Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
  • Strong work ethic, selfstarter, demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine desire to help people
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to remain focused on sales goals, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity, and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported

TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends as needed
  • The work is sedentary in nature
  • Walking, standing, bending and carrying of light office items is required
  • The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climatecontrolled office environment
  • May require occasional travel
