The LIMES Schlossklinik Fürstenhof is an exclusive private acute clinic located in Springfield, NE, specializing in the treatment of mental and psychosomatic disorders, as well as stress-related illnesses.

As a modern private clinic with 45 comfortable rooms, we combine top-quality medicine with historic architecture. We are looking for dedicated and motivated employees who will support our patients' recovery and enjoy setting new standards.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team


+ Your responsibilities

  • Organizing meal service (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Assisting with receiving food deliveries
  • Willingness to support housekeeping tasks
  • Assisting with food preparation, including salads and desserts
  • Cleaning dishes, cutlery, glasses, and kitchen equipment, including pots and pans
  • General cleaning and tidying in the kitchen, storage, and dining areas
  • Other tasks as directed by the Head Chef
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations

+ What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a kitchen assistant/dishwasher preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety regulations
  • Reliability, discipline, teamwork, and flexibility are essential qualities
