Geriatric Wellness Unit is a 15-bed unit that provides behavioral health services benefiting from multi-disciplinary clinical teams that utilizes a collaborative approach to care.

What you will do
In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.
