Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Painter to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate painting projects, including planning and execution of painting jobs
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final product
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order and properly maintained
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to on all painting projects
- Train and mentor junior painters on painting techniques and industry standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the painting industry, preferred 5 years plus
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to lead and mentor junior painters
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Types:

$ $45.00 per hour
