Are you passionate about helping customers find comfort in their homes? Shore Guys Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is seeking a dynamic Salesman/Comfort Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and services to residential clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Respond to and run warm appointments for clients who have called in for service or repair work.
  • Meeting with potential clients in their homes, providing top customer service and accurate estimates and quotes for HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Educate and consult customers on the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services to help them make informed decisions. Including attics, basements, crawlspaces, tight areas, etc.
  • Follow up accordingly, review estimates, close sales, and achieve revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business through followup and customer retention efforts.
  • Ability to attend local events and home shows to generate business.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry, or similar residential construction in home, direct to customer sales process.
  • Ability to show how to hit KPIs and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills, with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
  • Hungry to learn and grow with the company. Great opportunity to grow your sales career.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work evenings, and weekends when clients are at home.
  • Humble attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field.

  • Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
