k&y swim shipping coordinator is tasked with the role of assisting the Import & Logistics Manager with coordinating the daily outbound operations of our 3PL Warehouses.

• Your mission is to ensure our 3PLs accurately process shipments which ship to our customers within required ship windows
• You will provide our 3PLs with workload and provide direction on finepoints as needed
• Perform dataentry in A2000 to modify/cancel picks as needed; also process inventory adjustments and inventory transfers between our 3PLs and SKU transfers
• Communicate with customer Service team on any order issues such as shipment delay, shortages, cancelled picks etc
• Assist with oversite and ensure a smooth daily operation of our 3PL warehouses
• Work with compliance team and warehouse to ensure customers' labeling and packaging requirement are met
• Interact with various departments within the company to set up and update customer info
• Follow up with truckers to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain department Invoice Logs and assist with the review of all 3PLs and transportation invoices (including UPS invoices)
• Assist with investigation of customer chargebacks as it relates to shipping, labeling or packing
• Other duties assigned by the Import & Logistics Manager
• Willing to assist other departments when the need arises

• A2000 or similar programs required
• 3+ years logistics/supply chain experience with 2 years of 3PL Warehouse experience
• Ability to multitask and effectively communicate with management and third parties both internal and external.
